Shimmering, lemony-fresh white rose and banana-toned ylang-ylang open the scent, accompanied by soft saffron and spicy clove. May rose and Turkish rose flourish at the heart, quickly followed by a beautifully harmonizing finish of smoky oud and velvety-smooth sandalwood.

Just bought it blind based on the reviews below. Got a good price. This is truly an amazing composition.
Opening is strong but blends into magical dry-down of Rose and Oud. Not Feminine, not masculine, just an an amazing scent, that could not be dismissed or not appreciated by anybody! Yes, Rose is the dominant component but you can not stop wanting more! Lasts 8+ hours on my skin. Sad that the brand is poorly represented in the US

Second, the rose is there, in the background.

Nejma 2 is spot on! It tells a chapter of the book of Arabian nights.
And there are seven chapters to explore...

Too bad, the output is like cheap cologne, no note OUD or sandalwood is detected and everything is a floral tone Rosa soapy. The intensity is very soft. Totally feminine (not unisex). I can not recommend to anyone, if you like the smell of Rose purchase any of Juliette has a gun.

The pyramid isn't full here, I also feel either cloves or carnations, aldehydes in the opening, lots of powdery ylang ylang (which makes this perfume so attractive: rose and the powderiness of ylang, yum). There is also patchouli in the base.

Indeed it reminds me a lot of Regal, however Nejma Two is a richer, stronger composition.

Basically it's a loud powdery woody rose.

I would say this perfume and Three are the best from the line.
