The opening is a lush effusion of coconut laced with elegant, fruity-aromatic bergamot. Banana-toned ylang-ylang and sensuous tiare flower emerge as the scent warms on the skin, accompanied by ethereal aquatic undertones.

I have a complicated relationship with Mancera holidays. I bought it blindly around 3 years ago and it’s still more than half way full. For context, I usually finish a 100 ml bottle in 6-18 months. This perfume smells like an air freshener was trying to smell like a fancy sunscreen. It has a creamy coconut scent with tropical flowers and vanilla, but there’s a synthetic quality that makes it hard to wear. When I do wear it I usually stick with 2 sprays max and I layer it with an inoffensive vanilla splash/oil. The longevity and projection on me is amazing, but I just wish it smelled smoother and a tad bit lighter.

I've let this one sit for a year now, and absolutely love it. I didn't love it at first, but now the creamy sandalwood, coconut and vanilla come out and its a beast! She has very good longevity too which is a preference of my perfume collection. I also get the beachy salt scent, will be wearing this next weekend at a resort pool party bday with a dash of Valentino Born in Roma Extradose, a little beach and a little fruity vanilla ;~)
